These Terms of Service govern your use of the KairosIQ AI platform, including the agent portal, lender pipeline, consumer search portal, and all associated AI services.

✓Team onboarding & training
✓Lender sponsorship management

2. Account Requirements

✓Licensed real estate professional or authorized representative required for agent/lender features
✓Consumer portal access available to the general public for property search
✓You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
✓You must provide accurate information during registration

3. AI Services

Our AI services are designed to assist, not replace, professional judgment:

•AI recommendations require professional review before acting upon them
•Property valuations are estimates, not appraisals
•All AI outputs are audited for Fair Housing and ADRE compliance
•You retain responsibility for communications sent using AI-generated drafts

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy and AI Ethics Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

Collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy
Use of de-identified, aggregated data for model training
AI-powered analysis of your lead database
Compliance auditing of AI-generated content

5. Subscription and Billing

✓Subscription fees billed monthly through Stripe
✓One-time onboarding fee covers initial lead classification and setup
✓Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
✓MLS data access may require additional activation fees

6. Prohibited Uses

✗Violating the Fair Housing Act or any anti-discrimination law

✗Using AI outputs to steer clients based on protected characteristics

✗Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-created professional advice

✗Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models or training data

✗Using the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

KairosIQ's AI models, algorithms, training methodologies, and proprietary market intelligence are trade secrets and intellectual property of KairosIQ AI, Inc. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our AI technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

KairosIQ provides AI-assisted tools to support real estate professionals. We are not a licensed appraiser or legal advisor. Our AI outputs are informational and do not constitute professional advice. Users bear responsibility for professional decisions made using our platform.
