What happens when we grow beyond our plan’s agent limit?

When you exceed your plan’s agent count, you’ll automatically progress to the next tier and gain access to enhanced features like advanced analytics and priority support. Existing agents who have upgraded to AI features keep their current pricing – only new agents follow the new tier structure.

How do agent upgrades work with billing?

Your brokerage pays only the base plan fee which gives all agents Essential CRM access. Individual agents pay for their own AI upgrades (Professional $100/month or Premium $150/month for Pricing Intelligence) directly. You’ll receive separate invoices – one for your base plan and individual invoices for agent upgrades.

What Essential CRM features do all agents get?

All agents receive our complete Essential CRM including: lead management & contact database, deal pipeline management, automated workflows & task generation, notes & documents, basic reporting, and interoffice chat capabilities. AI features like deal intelligence, lead coaching, and smart automation require individual upgrades.

Can we control which agents can upgrade?

How does onboarding work for our entire team?

We provide a streamlined bulk onboarding process. You’ll receive admin access to invite all agents via email, and they can set up their accounts immediately. Corporate and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding assistance and group training sessions to ensure your entire team is productive from day one.

What reporting do we get as a brokerage?

Your admin dashboard provides team performance overview, usage analytics, and agent management tools. Are there long-term contracts required?
