As you grow, you automatically move to the next pricing tier. For example, at 100 agents you move from $50/agent to $35/agent, saving $15 per agent monthly. The platform fee remains $500/state regardless of size. All tiers include the same core features – larger tiers add enterprise support and customization options.

How do agent upgrades work with billing?

Your brokerage pays: 1) Platform fee of $500/month per state for AI contract assistant and interoffice chat, plus 2) Agent fees based on volume ($50/agent for under 100, $35/agent for 100-299, $30/agent for 300+). Agents can add AI features: AI Solution (+$100/month) or Professional (+$200/month) to their base CRM.

What Essential CRM features do all agents get?

All agents receive: Essential CRM with lead management, deal pipeline, automated workflows, contact database, and reporting. Through your broker platform fee, they also get: AI contract documentation assistant (state-specific), interoffice communication hub, and access to discounted AI upgrade options. Individual AI features like deal intelligence and lead coaching are available as upgrades.

Can we control which agents can upgrade?
