Why I Built KairosIQ
After 15+ years watching real estate technology fail agents, I knew the problem: it’s built by people who’ve never sold a house.
The Healthcare Technology Years
I spent over 15 years building enterprise software for healthcare giants like Optum (United Healthcare), ChangeHealthcare, and McKesson. I managed teams, pitched to C-suites, and delivered systems that processed billions in transactions for millions of records.
But something was missing. I wanted to build technology for an industry I was passionate about—real estate.
The Real Estate Reality Check
In 2014, I got my real estate license and started selling homes in Arizona. After years of building enterprise software, I was excited to use real estate technology to streamline my business.
But I quickly realized the problem wasn’t the quality of the tools—it was what they expected from us. Every platform required me to build templates, create tasks, set up workflows. We don’t need another workflow to manage.
We need true AI automation.
How many times have you taken calls when it was inconvenient? At dinner, during family time, at 10 PM on a Sunday? The truth is, we work 24/7. What we need isn’t another CRM or task manager—we need an AI automation assistant that works when we can’t.
That’s when I knew what I had to build.

While continuing to sell real estate, I pursued my M.S. in Artificial Intelligence at Arizona State University (graduating May 2025). I wanted to combine my enterprise software expertise with cutting-edge AI to solve real estate’s biggest problems.
